Our business status update with COVID-19

All orders will be still dispatched Same Day as long as it's in by 2 pm AEDT Sydney Time and all our shipping service is on schedule. Christmas Safe Cut Off Time: We've seen more parcel delivery delays since August this year so we strongly suggest to place your order earlier than the normal time if you'd like to receive it safely before this Christmas. We will update the below Safe Cut Off time as we notice of any change.

Once the order is placed you will receive the message from our delivery team to organise the delivery time on the same day.

Click and Collect Service - Contactless Collection is available at our warehouse, Unit 10 / 11 Laurio Place Mayfield West NSW 2304 in the next day 11am - 6pm(Mon- Thu) and 1pm - 6pm(Fri) during our trading hours for any orders placed before Midnight. Please note pick up service is only available during weekdays at the moment.
