Our business status update with COVID-19

All orders will be still dispatched Same Day as long as it's in by 2 pm AEDT Sydney Time and all our shipping service is on schedule. Christmas Safe Cut Off Time: We've seen more parcel delivery delays since August this year so we strongly suggest to place your order earlier than the normal time if you'd like to receive it safely before this Christmas. We will update the below Safe Cut Off time as we notice of any change.

FREE Same day delivery service for Newcastle Area is available for any orders over $200. The usual cut off for this is by 12pm (Mon-Fri) but contact us for any urgent needs.  Please make sure to leave a message on the cart page when you check out the order requesting for the same day delivery service. 

Once the order is placed you will receive the message from our delivery team to organise the delivery time on the same day.

Click and Collect Service - Contactless Collection is available at our warehouse, Unit 10 / 11 Laurio Place Mayfield West NSW 2304 in the next day 11am - 6pm(Mon- Thu) and 1pm - 6pm(Fri) during our trading hours for any orders placed before Midnight. Please note pick up service is only available during weekdays at the moment. Please contact us for any urgent orders we may still be able to organise the pick up on the same day or on the weekend upon request.
