How To Redeem Back To School NSW Voucher
You can redeem your Back To School NSW Vouchers for eligible products with us.
Please note that we can only process your voucher manually at the moment whilst our site is getting ready to be able to take vouchers. Our team will assist you with processing your voucher through the Chat Window which you can find it on the bottom right corner of our site.
Eligible items
Businesses can only accept vouchers for the purchase of:
- school uniforms, including shoes, socks, hats and sport uniforms
- school bags
- lunch boxes
- drink bottles
- umbrellas and/or raincoats
- school-prescribed textbooks, books or other reading material
- lesson resources and tools, such as art diaries, major work materials, elective subject resources and protective equipment for science classes
- equipment for school sports and art programs
- stationery, including exercise books, pens and pencils, coloured pencils, crayons, markers, highlighters, erasers, glue, scissors, calculators, geometry sets, pencil cases, rulers, pencil sharpeners.
Please note the vouchers cannot be:
- redeemed for any other products or services
- exchanged for cash, gift voucher or a credit note from the business
Vouchers expire on 30 June 2023.
Voucher rules
Businesses can accept vouchers for the cost of eligible items only.
The vouchers cannot be:

Voucher format
Vouchers will be in the form of a QR code. Each voucher will have a unique code.
Customers may present a voucher:
- on their mobile device as a digital voucher within the Service NSW app
- as a printed voucher with a QR code and unique voucher code
- as a PDF with a QR code and unique voucher code
- as an SMS with a unique code
- by telling us the unique voucher code.
